Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what CreativeClick does with the data you submit through this site. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
Only what you type into the site's forms (contact and quick diagnostic): name, website, email, email platform and your notes.
Site audience analytics run without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
The site also stores, only in your browser (localStorage), a local flag so the diagnostic popup isn't shown again after you close it — this value contains no personal data and is never sent to any server.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare the free analysis you requested and, if you become a client, deliver the contracted service. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We don't use your data for advertising, we don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for, and we never sell data to third parties.
Where the data lives
The form is processed by our own automation (n8n) and stored in CreativeClick's working tools (email and spreadsheet/CRM). Some of these services may host data outside the EEA, always under appropriate contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
If you choose to book a call, scheduling happens on Cal.com, which receives your name, email and chosen time slot and processes them under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become clients: up to 12 months, then deleted. Clients: for the duration of the contract plus legally required retention periods.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, write to hello@creativeclick.eu — we reply within 15 days.
