who does the work

One operator, not a 40-person agency.

I spent the last several years running the email program of a multi-brand US e-commerce group — a 7-figure program, several brands, several ESPs in parallel. I've also built automation for an international marketplace of handcrafted goods.

Today I apply that same infrastructure to brands that don't have — and don't need — a dedicated lifecycle team. I don't sell strategy decks: I deliver flows configured, tested and measured inside your own tool.

Straight questions, straight answers

01 Do you work with our platform?

Probably. Commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento. Email: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar. If the tool has an API, it can be automated.

02 Do we need to switch email tools?

No. I build in the tool you already use and already pay for. I only recommend migration if the diagnostic shows a real limitation — and then it becomes a separate scope, decided by you.

03 How does the retainer work?

A fixed monthly scope: optimization of existing flows, A/B tests, new flows, automated QA and a monthly report with numbers per flow. No lock-in — cancel with 30 days' notice.

04 Do you work across time zones?

Yes. I work in English, Portuguese and Spanish, with most of my experience in the US and European markets. Time zones have never been a blocker.

05 What does it cost, in total?

Diagnostic from €700. Essential flows implementation from €2,400. Custom AI automation is quoted per scope, with retainers between €500 and €1,200/month. Everything confirmed in writing before work starts.
